The online application is a mandatory, first step for all applicants seeking to join ARTEMIS Transition Partners.  It is our way of obtaining primary information about you and your interests, and an entry point to our further engagment.

You will be required to submit the following as part of your online application:

If you receive a favourable response to your online application, you will be invited for a face-to-face interview, at which you will take a psychometric test, and engage in further evaluation of your decision to join ARTEMIS Transition Partners.

If you receive a favourable response from your first face-to-face interview, you will be invited to a second interview - normally within two to three weeks.  This second interview will have two parts: a client case and an oral presentation.

The client case

At this stage of your recruitment process, you will be required to demonstrate various capabilities through a typical client assignment, which will normally be a real client case we will have successfully undertaken within the firm.  This interview will require you to analyse a client situation and come up with suitable solutions that you would expect the client to execute to achieve specific performance objectives.

You will be required to document your recommendations appropriately and present them to an interviewing team as part of your subsequent oral presentation.

The presentation

By the time you get here in your recruitment process the recruitment decision is pretty much in your favour.

In this presentation, you will be invited to present your client case to a panel and at the end respond to the panel’s questions if they have any, which will include why you think the recruitment panel should settle on you.

This, believe it or not, is not in fact as tough as it sounds and you should find the process quite enjoyable.

You will receive a response on your second interview in another two to three weeks, and likely be invited to an engagement meeting.

This is the last stage of the recruitment process, and it is here that we will discuss the terms on which you will be joining the firm. 

Other matters that this meeting will discuss include the specific performance requirements within the role in which you will be joining the firm, your remuneration and benefits, your duration of engagement, your career development expectations and what immediate actions we, and yourself, would need to take to obtain a flawless engagement.
